Call for Posters
The EuroSys 2025 poster track provides an opportunity to engage with attendees on the material
presented in the talks, present early-stage work, and receive feedback from the systems
community.

- Poster submission due: 5 Feb 2025 (@23:59)
- Acceptance notification: 21 Feb 2025
- EuroSys Early registration deadline: 3 March 2025

Poster Presentation Instructions
To display your poster at the conference, please adhere to the following specifications:
- Size: A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm, 33.11 in x 46.81 in)
- Orientation: Portrait
If your poster corresponds to accepted paper which being presented in the main conference
program, please use the following template
which indicates your paper presentation session.
Instructions to Authors
Poster submissions consist of two pages of the extended abstract in PDF format that describes
your work.
- Submit abstracts of no more than two single–spaced pages, including, figures, tables, etc.
(including references).
- Use A4 or US letter paper size, with all text and figures fitting inside a 178 x 229 mm (7 x
9 in) block centered on the page, using two columns separated by ≥8 mm (0.33″) of
whitespace. Use ≥10-point font (typeface Times Roman, Linux Libertine, etc.) on ≥12-point
(single-spaced) leading for all text including figure and table captions.
- Most of these rules are automatically applied when using the official SIGPLAN Latex
(\documentclass[sigplan, … ]) or MS Word templates from here. For any paper
parameters not
defined above, assume that the required value is the one used in these templates.
- We recommend you to use the following header if you use LaTeX

Submissions must include a title, author names and affiliations. The extended abstracts will be
published on the EuroSys 2025 website at the time of the conference, unless authors request
otherwise.
All poster submissions will be reviewed by the Poster Program Committee. Accepted posters must
be presented by at least one of the authors during the EuroSys 2024 poster session. There will
be a Best Poster Award.
